How do overages work?
If you exceed your monthly quota, you will be charged $0.15 per GB for the excess volume. You can upgrade to the next tier at any time to avoid overage charges.
Can I downgrade my plan?
Yes. Downgrades take effect immediately on your next billing cycle. Please note that you will lose access to features that require a higher tier (like SSO) as soon as the downgrade processes.
Is there a discount for annual billing?
We offer a 20% discount if you choose to pay annually. This applies to the Growth and Scale plans.
Can I export my data?
Absolutely. All paid plans include the ability to export raw JSON logs to S3 or Cloud Storage on a daily or weekly basis. The Hobbyist plan does not include exports.
